Sarah is a Kademi specialist with over eight years of hands-on experience using the platform day to day. As Kademi's lead trainer, she develops documentation and delivers training for partners, giving her a deep understanding of how to get the best out of the platform. She leads implementations end to end, guiding clients through scoping and solution design to build programs that are efficient to run, engaging for participants and set up for long-term success. She is highly responsive, detail-focused, and known for keeping projects on track and delivering consistently.

Jennifer Polis

Kademi consultant (US)

Jennifer is a senior project manager with nearly 20 years of experience coordinating projects, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. She brings a structured, detail-focused approach to program management, with a strong focus on clarity, efficiency, and delivering a consistent client experience. Experienced in leading system transitions and refining processes, she ensures programs are well organised, well communicated, and running as they should.

Ella Lowry

Kademi consultant (US)

Ella supports the administration of client programs, helping manage platform activity, member support, and day-to-day operations. With a background in customer service, she brings a practical, people-focused approach and strong attention to detail. She plays an important role in keeping programs running smoothly and ensuring a positive experience for participants.

Mia    Jorgensen-Aitchison

NZ & Australia program administrator

Mia is based in Auckland and manages Incentive Consulting's reward programs across Australia and New Zealand. With a background in customer service, she brings a practical, detail-focused approach to ensuring rewards are delivered smoothly and consistently. She works closely with the team to keep programs running as they should, with a focus on reliability and a positive participant experience.
