As Kademi's lead trainer, she develops documentation and delivers training for partners, giving her a deep understanding of how to get the best out of the platform. She leads implementations end to end, guiding clients through scoping and solution design to build programs that are efficient to run, engaging for participants and set up for long-term success. She is highly responsive, detail-focused, and known for keeping projects on track and delivering consistently.
Jennifer Polis

Jennifer is a senior project manager with nearly 20 years of experience coordinating projects, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. She brings a structured, detail-focused approach to program management, with a strong focus on clarity, efficiency, and delivering a consistent client experience. Experienced in leading system transitions and refining processes, she ensures programs are well organised, well communicated, and running as they should.
